Add job edit modal on detail page

Browse Source 
POST /jobs/{id}/edit updates: customer, material, color, priority, bracket,
printer, status, notes. Bracket field has '— none —' to detach from bracket.
Save auto-logs 'Job updated'. Edit button in page header.
